Union of Micronations of Central Europe (UMCE)
Mekniy and Lurk co-founded the Union of Micronations of Central Europe in March 2014, together with Moravia and Karamial. Their main contributions to the organisation have been IT infrastructure (IS STEMMA, FSS STEMMA, IVS STEMMA) and telecommunications (the MPTA telephone network). Mekniy-Lurk has also provided the UMCE’s longest-serving Secretary.
The organisation went through a dormant period during the Coronese Confederation years, was refounded on 22 October 2017 with a revised charter, and grew to 19 member and observer states by 2019–2020. In April 2021 the Treaty of Functioning of UMCE was signed, establishing the current structure of associated organisations with broad independence from the central council.
Grand Unified Micronational
Mekniy holds full membership in the Grand Unified Micronational.
Coronese Confederation and United Coronese Provinces
Mekniy and Lurk were the two founding members of the Coronese Confederation (April 2015), which also included the Khanate of Nedland. The Confederation produced the Corona currency and established the Coronese Standardisation Organisation, responsible for technical standards, official abbreviations and measurement standards across member states. After the Confederation’s collapse, the United Coronese Provinces served as a successor arrangement.
Micronational Economic Group
Mekniy-Lurk’s local banking infrastructure — terminals, transaction systems, the National Bank — gave rise to the Micronational Economic Group, which extended financial infrastructure to the broader Czech community.
Antarctic Micronational Union
Lurk held membership in the Antarctic Micronational Union, with a claim to Palmer Land approved by the organisation. Membership lapsed when Lurk failed to renew; the possibility of rejoining has been raised within the current government.
Aenia Confederation
Mekniy-Lurk participates in the Aenia Confederation and its internal market. The country’s telephone network also operates through the Aenia NP calling code (+045).
